Poor customer service
Items were delivered without no prior information and thus meant they were just dumped outside. Luckily it wasn’t raining.
Secondly, when opening the items to assemble the top has a visible water mark or something similar and a chip on the front edge. I messaged them 2 weeks ago and with a follow up email and they’ve not had the decency to reply to me to rectify the issue. Probably be because they’ve stopped stocking the item and can’t be bothered to deal with it.
Best bet is to find your furniture else where and not take the risk of getting damaged items. Because if you do you’ll be stuck with them and radio silence. Customer satisfaction isn’t valued.

Made an order on the 27th Sept and item…
Made an order on the 27th Sept and item was expected to be delivered by 5th October. It hasn’t arrived and I’ve not had a response to my emails ? I should have checked the reviews first . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

ABSOLUTE SCAM PAGE - DO NOT ORDER
I should have come here and checked to see how reliable they are. I made an order on the 26th August and got an email telling me my order will arrive between 1-3rd September. No further emails at all. I have tried to email them numerous times - no response at all, and have tried the contact number - which just says user busy and doesn’t even ring. It’s obviously a scam!!! Don’t order from here!!!
