Efficient ordering process and delivery was within the time scale quoted. Actual radiator is of very good quality.

Radiator delivered on time, unfortunately the valves were sent out separately with another courier and because of the Christmas rush there was a delay in receiving but great comms from the Radiator Warehouse and gave reassurance that they'd send others out if not arrived by a certain time. Their customer service was great, not a big issue for us but we had a plumber waiting to crack on at a very busy period. Overall, great service and comms

The radiator was good quality and reached me in good condition with all the extra bits ordered were included - nothing missing.
The rubber covers on the brackets were fiddly to position when mounting vertical radiator - best use a dab of clear silicone when siting

The website was easy to navigate and find the right sized and type of radiator quickly. The differences between radiators was explained clearly. I was able to specify a delivery date and this was stuck to despite me having to change it. I was able to speak to a person when I needed to, who was able to help me straight away. The delivery went smoothly and the driver was helpful. Altogether an excellent service was provided and the quality of the radiators seems very good too.

Great quality radiator and a great deal. Website fairy easy to navigate with a handy tool to workout the power of radiator required. Once radiator selected it also offers up genuine additional items that you might need. Delivery was as expected and items were well packed. Overall a great experience and we will be back again

The delivery company delivered these products in frightful conditions. They were polite cheerful and very wet. The products are not installed yet. They were bought early to cater for the holiday period. I am sure they will be fine but I will have to wait and see.
