The products and the service have been fabulous! Swift delay with a date and time provided. As we were doing a refit for a full house, saved quite a lot of money compared to buying from other companies. On top of that they honoured the black Friday price on our order from a few days before. We would highly recommend.

Upon sending the order we received contact from the company straight away. The radiator was delivered quickly and efficiently with everything we needed. Looks amazing

Ordered the radiator on line.
It stated it would arrive within five working days.The radiator arrived on the fifth working day which was no problem for me as the work was still ongoing at my home.Delivery arrived as date and time stated,well packaged and all fixtures and fittings supplied for radiator fitting.Great service.

Upgrading my heating system and my usual supplier didn’t have the rad sizes I wanted in stock. Well what a blessing. Found these guys online, very helpful and had all the rads I needed. And just to make things even better they were a lot cheeper than the supplier I was using. Arrived on time and the driver was excellent. Took time to tell me how to stack them so as not to damage the faces (which I already knew), but it’s the sort of service that stands out. Would definitely recommend checking them out. And no, they’re not paying me for this review. 😂😂 I bought these rads myself.

ordered an item that ended up being delivered to a neighbour, but they claimed they didn’t have it. I spoke to Stacey at The Radiator Warehouse and she was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Excellent customer service — would definitely recommend!

Very good customer service. I wanted the heater to be delivered on a particular day as it was coming to a non-residential property and I needed to make sure someone could be around to receive it. Stacey was very helpful when I rang up to ask about delivery dates and was happy to accommodate my request. Unfortunately there was then a problem with the carrier, which meant that the heater could not be delivered on the Friday as agreed, but Stacey promptly informed me of this and was able to arrange for it to come on the Saturday instead. I really appreciated both that I was kept informed and that my emails were responded to very quickly when the delivery needed to be rearranged. Thank you.

After having to go through a bit of a rigmarole to have part of my order returned Radiator Warehouse were fantastic. They contacted me direcr to see what they could do expedite matters and fully refunded me. Great customer service. Much appreciated.

Issues with the courier repeatedly not delivering as promised, however Jade went over and above with helping to get the issue sorted. Great communication and excellent customer service, thank you so much for all your help!
