Hi, thanks for your feedback! I'm sorry, I don't have the budget right now to translate it into French, but I really hope that one day it will be possible in a few more languages! :)
On the book sizing - I hear you! I very intentionally made the second book smaller after learning many lessons from the first one (mostly around the rising costs of printing, packaging, shipping and storage of such a massive book! 😅). I know it doesn't resolve your issues, but hopefully at least explains the logic behind it! I appreciate your feedback and always take your comments on board to try and improve in the future!

Amazing Books, Incredibly Kind Author
My books were going to take a long time to arrive because of where I live and Neo was kind enough to warn me of this and offer me free ebooks to use in the meantime. So kind and thoughtful! Now that I have them, I'm so excited to dive in. I've already made good use of conditioning exercises and am excited to work on some more challenging shapes that Ive yet to unlock for myself.

WOW!! The best book ever
WOW. AMAZING. Seriously. The knowledge in this book is so easy to understand and comprehensive. Even my fitness certificate studies confused me and then I read the first few pages of this book and BAM! So much of the anatomy that I didn’t understand, I suddenly did. Highly recommend this book.

Both Books Are Well Worth It!
I have ordered both books and I love them. The conditioning book is a highly detailed guide to each muscle group you use in pole and how to strengthen them.
The anatomy book is just gorgeous! The illustrations and text descriptions of what the musculoskeletal system is doing in different poses is detailed yet easy to understand. My only recommendation to the author is to include some introductory/beginning pole moves for those of us just starting out and only dreaming of those advanced moves.

I hear ya on the beginner moves... There were so many ways I could have structured the book and I did actually think about having beginner, intermediate and advanced volumes. I'm working on a second volume of the book which covers climbs and inversions (both basic and advanced variations). And Volume 3 will cover spins and more dynamic movements, too - so more beginner stuff is coming. :) It was so hard to whittle down the moves into categories and orgainise what to include and what not to include. 😅
I'll pay a little more attention to the beginner bits while working on the next volumes, for sure! Thank you! ❤ Neo x

It's an amazing book, every poler should have a copy as it gives you a deeper understanding of what is going on with you in a move.
