I love the Pole PT programs
I love the Pole PT programs! They take the guesswork out of my training and all I have to do is follow the program. I have made huge progress by following Neo’s programs. I’ve taken every program she has to offer. If I ever need a modification or have questions Neo always responds promptly and has a solution. I highly recommend the Pole PT.

Easy to follow and specific!
This is an easy to follow guided strength training program designed for specific goals. I have completed the Ayesha and Shoulder Mount programs. Very effective and I was successful!

Great to learn muscle activation
I struggle with interoception due to ADHD & ASD, the pole-proof shoulder workbook has taught me how to activate my shoulder muscles in all ranges of movement and my stability has increased massively! I’m getting less trap pain too!

SPECTACULAR Book and Resource
Pole is my sport, but more importantly, it is my spiritual practice, and it is the thing I love to do more than anything.
I got into pole with absolutely no dance or athletic background of any sort, and as I began advancing in my practice, I became absolutely terrified that I was going to hurt myself and not be able to continue doing what I love.
That fear disappeared when I found the Pole PT on Youtube; and I have never whipped out my credit card faster than when I saw she had a textbook for sale. My book arrived yesterday, and I made a plan to read one chapter at a time, thinking it would be an informative, but likely dull read considering it is a scientific book.
MAN. I WAS WRONG.
I stayed up until 2 am last night reading, I couldn't put this book down. Somehow the Pole PT has managed to communicate an insane amount of complicated scientific information in a way that feels like I am reading a note from my hilarious best friend. With this resource, I now have the tools and information necessary to not only progress as quickly as possible, but also, and more importantly, to train as safely as possible. I know for a fact that this book will save me from many serious injuries and will help to extend my pole career, hopefully to the rest of my life. This book should be required reading for all pole dancers. I cannot recommend it highly enough- it is an absolute gamechanger.

Just received my Pole Anatomy and it's such a wonderful book - both beautiful and filled with nerdy pole facts. I am sure it will be one I will read and re-read many, many times as I continue my pole journey.

The workouts are great and extremely well explained. I really appreciate that I‘m reminded when my next workout is waiting. The workouts are never boring and Neo is always helpful. She goes above and beyond to deliver the very best training. Three weeks ago I partly tore my hamstrings and she made a special video for me with substitute workouts to make sure that I could still continue with the programme. I absolutely recommend The Pole Pt. Love Neo’s books and the explanations and pictures inside.
