I recently ordered the chocolate flavour protein powder from Onyst and I’ve been seriously impressed. It tastes fantastic — rich, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable to drink, which isn’t something I can say about most protein powders I’ve tried.

What really stands out to me though is the ingredient philosophy behind the brand. I’m very conscious about the health of myself and my family, so I really appreciate that Onyst keeps things minimalistic and avoids loading their products with unnecessary additives and artificial ingredients. You can tell they genuinely care about quality over hype.

It’s refreshing to find a company producing a clean, simple product that still tastes this good. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

After trying numerous protein brands over the years, Onyst beats them all. Considering it has no sweeteners, additives and more unnecessary ingredients, the flavour is unbelievable, not too sweet, not synthetic in the slightest. Just natural, the way it should be with no aftertaste or non-smooth texture. The branding, booklet that arrives with the order and customer service proves this brand is here to stay and the owner cares. Which is massively refreshing to see in the industry.

Great product - very tasty without the chalky texture, mixes well and all natural ingredients which is one of the main reasons I tried it. I got the peanut butter & cacao - both good. Now got it on subscription as I’m having it daily. Highly recommend!

At last, a protein powder I actually like and can digest. Only one week in, but already it’s a positive experience. No more dreading coming back from the gym and drinking my protein powder. It’s very palatable and more importantly, digestible. Thank you!

Whilst the ingredients are simple and clean there needs to be a lot more work on the taste. I purchased the cocoa flavour and unfortunately it has a horrible bitter after taste. Despite using recipes to make it taste better the bitterness taste still comes through even with lots of honey. Shame they don’t offer taster packs to avoid paying so much to find out you don’t like it.

Got my first order of my subscription and just had me very first vanilla milkshake and it was so good and creamy and didn’t taste weird or grainy like some protein powders

Too sweet for my taste as I missed noticing coconut nectar on list of ingredients prior to purchase or would have avoided. So unnecessary as the product would have been fine without it. Coconut nectar is a sugar so consuming this for breakfast in my yogurt would just spike blood sugar . Pity because the other ingredients ( apart from peanuts ) are good

I have been using another bone broth protein powder until I found this one from Onyst. I thought I'd just give it a try and I'm so glad I did.
Everything about it is soo much better. Proper clean ingredients and none of that awful fake sweetener taste from using Stevia etc.
I've got the Cacao flavour and I find that it's the perfect level of cocoa sweetness without being sickly. Plus it delivers more protein than my previous powder and at much better value, especially if you get it on subscription.
I will definitely be continuing to use this instead and look forward to also trying the peanut flavour.

I love three things about Onyst Protien - 1) no bloating or stomach impact at all because it isn’t full of ultra processed rubbish (2) peanut butter flavour is exceptional and chocolate isn’t half bad either (3) homegrown British company - I think!

I am always trying to eat whole foods, I’m intolerant to dairy and finding a decent protein shake that doesn’t taste awful, mess with my gut/full of artificial flavours is HARD! Onyst came up on my Instagram and I have to say I am so glad I ordered!! I messaged the team first to ask about flavours and their response was so quick, friendly and personal! I ordered their cacao flavour and WOW!! I’ve mixed with Plenish almond milk, half a frozen banana and a splash of water and it’s the most indulgent chocolate shake ever!! Not artificially sweet but DELICIOUS! I’m yet to test it with just water but it’s so yummy and has the smoothest texture I’m sure it would be just as nice! I love that it’s made from whole ingredients and also packs 20g protein per scoop. I will 💯 be sticking with this brand and also excited to try the other flavours! Ordered on a Monday, was delivered Wednesday so shipping was great too! If you’re on the fence, just do it, it’s worth the money!

Wow, for a chocolate lover and a women who ALWAYS bloats of every protein supplement I have tried this is amazing. The coca is really good no powdery taste and loved the personalised booklet. Great product definitely recommend.

Onyst have created great tasting and natural protein powders in a market that is saturated with an overload of preservatives, additives and sweeteners. Really happy to have found this HONEST brand!

I have been using this protein powder for 4 months now and I absolutely love it. Is clean, the ingredients are clear, it tastes good and it is very versatile in the ways you can use it. I prefer it mixed with yoghurt but I have tried it in high protein banana bread and it comes up great so you just need to explore the possibilities. I have never felt bloated or any other weird stuff that happens with other protein powder. I will keep ordering forever! Thank you Onyst

Really great protein powder. I bought both the natural flavour and the cacoa flavour. The natural one makes really amazing protein pancakes and the cocoa one I use for smoothies. I tried the cacao one with just water and it wasn’t for me, but mixed with banana and almond milk (or any milk) it tastes great. I even throw in frozen berries and spinach to make it a wholesome delicious smoothie. I love that they are not sweet as I do not have a sweet tooth and also have a great dislike to any artificial sweetener even the natural stevia kind. These are spot on! Won’t buy anything else now.
