Great customer service
I had a wonderful experience today at The Perfume Shop West Quay thanks to Maryam! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find the perfect fragrance. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made some great recommendations. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend asking for Maryam if you need assistance!

I visited the Perfume Shop at West Quay last week looking for a new perfume. Emily couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Visited your store in West Quay, Southampton, to get a valentines gift for my girlfriend. Mariola helped me straight away and was very attentive.
