Excellent service
A lovely greeting from the staff at Solihull so that was a great start. The item I wanted wasn’t in stock so it was ordered for me. I spun the wheel to get an extra 10% off and I had next day delivery. So altogether an excellent experience.

Amazing service at Solihull store
Our visit to the perfume shop was fantastic with the professional help of Tiabah at the Solihull store whenever we have visited we have had exceptional customer service from herself. Would recommend her to everyone as she is just a lovely person and always has a smile on her face.

I visited perfume shop in Solihull perfume shop and was greeted by a very lovely and friendly staff member Ryan he was amazing full of energy.
