We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I had no real clue what I was after
I had no real clue what I was after. Janice was very patient and let me smell loads of different scents. I was buying for 2 different people with totally different tastes. I walked away with 2 very new but different scents all wrapped beautifully and a wee gift for myself!

Good customer service
I had a fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop thanks to Zenib’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Zenib was warm, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to understand my preferences, patiently guided me through different fragrance options, and offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for zenib.
