Perfume collection with a bit of drama
I collected a perfume set from the Ilac Centre. Staff were great even with the busy Black Friday rush. One customer became agitated out of nowhere and started giving out about the queueing system (there was no problem with it). He screamed at the manager Alex who handled the situation with grace and dignity. He was completely out of line but the staff continued to work after he stormed out so I was seen to within minutes and it was such a smooth process. Fair play to them for having to put up with rude people like that.

I had the most helpful perfume recommendations from Robert, who works at their Dundrum, Dublin store. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and made the experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend him and the shopping there.
