Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Great customer service
Went into store to buy one of the Miu Miu perfumes. I had a lot of gift cards (around 8) that I wanted to use to purchase my item which I was worried about becoming potentially burdensome. I was served by Tallulah who was very patient with me and advised me well when it came to making use of discounts. I also was able to smell a few other fragrances I was interested in whilst I was there. Great customer service

I went to the perfume shop in Burnley with my husband yesterday 23rd July as we were looking for some perfume for our daughter for her Birthday,she had sent a choice of 3 that she liked,a very nice man called Jamie did a sample of each and when we had made our choice,he showed us what sized bottles that were available and the prices,he was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave a first class service,he even gift wrapped it for us after asking if we would like it
