Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Amazing
Went in today and was served by Tash, she was so kind from the jump and knew exactly what I wanted straight away. She always has the most positive energy everytime I go in and I always go back to the perfume shop because of the top tier customer service ☺️ I also wanted to add that Jamie and Maryam were there and gave me the best customer service alongside Tash. I recommend The perfume shop in Burnley always !!

Had a lovely shopping experience here last week. I'd come into the store looking for a gift for my mother-in-law, but had no idea what perfume she liked. I was served by Jade, she was super helpful, asked me questions about my MIL so she could get a feel for who she is as a person and what she would like. Once we decided on the right perfume Jade gift-wrapped it beautifully for me! Well, I gave the gift yesterday and my MIL said "how did you know this was my favourite?!" So excellent service and a successful gift mission! Thank you! :)
