I went to the perfume shop in Bromley and was served by a lady called Paula who was outstanding very understanding and helpful would recommend her getting a pay rise

Excellent customer service by Harvey at the Bromley branch. Nothing was too much trouble for him when I said I hadn't received my rewards from Head Office.

I had a wonderful experience at The Perfume Shop in Glades Bromley, all thanks to Natasha. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when assisting me with my perfume purchase, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and offering great suggestions.

What really stood out was her patience and attention to detail when gift-wrapping all the products I bought. She took such care with each item and made sure everything looked perfect — it really added a special touch to the whole experience.

Natasha’s professionalism and friendly attitude made my visit a genuinely pleasant one. She did a fantastic job from start to finish. Thank you again for the great service!

I visited the Bromly branch this afternoon and was greeted by a lovely, young assistant Kemi. Her people skills and customer care was next to none. She was professionally friendly and gave great service and advice. What a delightful assistant.

I visited one shop that sells perfume and the lady wasn’t friendly so I moved to the perfume shop on 3rd June and the two guys there were so friendly and they helped show different perfumes before I settled for scandal intense and I love it .They helped me order online as they didn’t have it in stock due to demand and it was delivered next day.
