I was served today by Harvey with my mum in Bromley. Harvey was so lovely helping me find a new aftershave. His customer experience and attentiveness made the purchase a wonderful experience. Thank you Harvey!!!

I had a really great experience at The Perfume Shop. The manager took his time to listen carefully to what I was looking for and really understood the kind of scent I wanted. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, recommending a few options that matched my preferences perfectly — including one of his own favourites, which turned out to be an amazing suggestion! Excellent customer service and a genuinely pleasant shopping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Went to the shop to find a specific perfume and unfortunately it was not in stock luckily kemi helped me and even managed to let me order it to be collected by when due . She was amazing help really kind and polite and definitely helped me alot as i have been struggling o find this perfume

Bought a gift from the Bromley store yesterday, recommended by Kemi, a Sales Assistant, who was very friendly and supportive. I think it's the best customer service I've had when buying a perfume!

Went to the perfume shop in Bromley and the man that served me was very helpful and I would definitely go back if I needed to buy another gift. I had just been in another perfume shop in Bromley who were not helpful at all.

I had the most wonderful experience at The Perfume Shop in Bromley (located in The Glades shopping centre), and I couldn’t be
more impressed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and genuine enthusiasm from the
staff member (whom i later found out to be called Ruby).
i went in the shop late in the afternoon near to closing time and in a hurry,
She was were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive – took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions about my preferences, and
helped me with a few new fragrance for my wife. 
There was no pressure to buy, just a genuine desire to help.
What really stood out was how personal the service felt. I was made to feel like a valued customer from start to finish. she even went above and beyond when gift wrapping the item and wishing
me all the best for my anniversary.
The store itself was immaculate, well-organized, and beautifully laid out, which made browsing a real pleasure. It’s clear that this location values both product knowledge and customer care
 equally – a rare combination these days!
I left feeling confident in my purchase and genuinely happy with the whole experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I’ll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family. i even tried to give her a monetary tip for the level of great customer service and she politely declined.

At the glades Bromley store, Natasha was super helpful, polite and funny she made the task of buying my dad a gift very easy and enjoyable, she also recommended a lovely perfume I purchased for myself. Overall 10/10 service.

I visited the Bromly branch this afternoon and was greeted by a lovely, young assistant Kemi. Her people skills and customer care was next to none. She was professionally friendly and gave great service and advice. What a delightful assistant.
