Easy ordering and products affordable.

Went into shop at Braintree village didn’t have my perfume young man on the till said he would honour shop price and have it sent to home. It arrived the very next day! Impressive. Thank you and I love my perfume miss dior.

The customer service was brilliant in Braintree. My husband and I were assisted by Sam who was unbelievably helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable (not only about the scent but the brands and latest perfume, actually everything I would like to know, when I have an idea of what I want but wouldn’t know were to begin). I am not the easiest customer as I have certain scents I like but I switch perfume so much I cannot remember names or brands . Sam picked out all the perfect scent options and discussed the staying power (they normally only last a couple of hours on me no matter how much I pay out) I now have a perfume that has lasted on my skin and smells amazing (have already had compliments from strangers) and at perfect price. Also loving the travel atomiser that can be filled for me in store with choice of perfume, perfect for in handbag so glad Sam told us about it. Honestly, new shop and layout great, seems like so much more for choice.

I always find a good deal here but the most alluring thing is the fine and loving temperament of the sales team.

I visited this store twice during the run up to Christmas and on both occasions was dealt with by two very helpful assistants. On the first occasion I was able to buy straight away the perfume I had come in for and it was all done very courteously, despite having a lot of customers waiting. On the second occasion, a last minute Christmas gift, the item I wanted was out of stock, but the Manager tried to accommodate my requirements by offering a deal on two 50cl bottles instead of the 100cl bottle I required. I declined that offer and was then offered to have the item ordered and delivered to my home just before Christmas. I was to ring the store if the item hadn't arrived by the Saturday before Christmas. This was reassuring and so I decided to do that. The perfume arrived at home on the due date and all was well. Very well handled sale and good service!

I met Amber. S, at the braintree store what a great young lady. Amazing attitude and very understanding. Read the room great definitely could run a shop. I gave her limited info about product knowledge but Amber figured it out. People like her (not many) make it worth coming out to shop. Thanks again.

Very quick delivery

Arrangement was made to have the perfume it wanted to be delivered to my home address as it was out of stock in store. It was ordered Saturday and delivered Monday. Great service
