Great bed and quality
Great bed and quality. Whoever they use for there delivery though were not great, canceled last minute on the first delivery then when they rescheduled the delivery person thought it was acceptable to spit outside our front door. So disgusting.

Five star quality product
Five star quality product. Ordered a four foot bed. Only downside was that we had to wait five months for the product to become available to order. Worth the wait though.

Great bed, good customer service but quite few bumps along the way
We are now very happy with the bed we recieved, it is solid, was easy to assemble and looks great. However this was the third delivery as we did have a number of issues with the quality of parts and the checks at the warehouse. The first delivery the bed head was warped meaning we couldn't assemble the central support and one post of the footboard was hollow meaning it cracked when we tried to tighten the bolts. Aaron in customer service was extremely helpful and kept in touch via regular texts, arranging new parts to be delivered and the faulty parts to be collected. The second delivery the bracket to hold the central post was mounted at an angle on the headboard and the footboard, which was supposed to be solid oak, was actually veneer. Again the collection and redelivery, with a discount as compensation, was rearranged and 3rd time lucky we have the bed we wanted. I think the company need to work on their internal quality checks to ensure customers get the items they have paid for and these problems don't occur, but the customer service during the issues was excellent.

The bed is incredibly nice because of…
The bed is incredibly nice because of its design. The bottom frame slides in very easily, and there is enough gap between the two frames to keep all the duvets and sheets of the bottom frame mattress. Great materials and beautiful finish paintwork easy to assemble only took me a 30 minutes.

Very good the fact we could order a…
Very good the fact we could order a wood sample to see the colour and quality. The sample arrived very quickly. It was a very easy process ordering the bed. Which also arrived quite quickly. Very easy to arrange delivery. Which had a time slot and also could track the delivery. Driver also phoned when was nearby. Bed is of excellent quality looks very nice and would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the product and the service.
I called to check measurements before ordering and was helped by lovely lady called Georgia(?). She answered all my questions and took the order. She was very helpful. The delivery came on exactly the date and time given. The delivery men took the boxes upstairs which was also very helpful.
We put the bed together in 40 minutes. It was very straightforward and the only issue was that one of the bolt inserts wasn’t straight and the side panel couldn’t be attached to the headboard, so my husband had to hit it with a rubber mallet! Other than that it was very easy.
The bed itself is great quality and we’re really pleased with it.

Fantastic quality product
The quality of the trundle bed I purchased was excellent. I am really pleased with the way the item was packaged and the build instructions.
The delivery company needed chasing to provide a date for delivery, and upon delivery they strangely offered to unpack all the boxes so we could check for damage BUT they cannot remove any packaging or resolve replacement of damaged items.
I found this process bizarre. I don't want open boxes strewn across my hall, pending us taking the item upstairs for building.

Regarding the delivery experience, our courier does offer an optional unpacking service so customers can visually check items for damage before signing for them. I completely understand this isn’t always convenient, and it is entirely your choice whether to accept it or not. The packaging also does need to be retained, as any potential return would need to be made with the original packaging intact.

Quality product
Bed arrived in clearly labelled boxes. Delivery team courteous and efficient. Bed components were great build quality with all items well aligned and finished. Easy to follow instructions. Fixings and fittings of similar high standard and also included a bag of spare components and a spanner and Allen key. You will need a cross head screwdriver. Due weight of some bed components it recommended as a 2 person job. Took about 1 hour to assemble. Very happy with the bed.
