Great service, great beds

My bed looks great; it’s solid and sturdy. The slats are the perfect base for my Tempur mattress. I paid to have the bed assembled when it was delivered and the guys who did it were fast, efficient, respectful of the property and friendly.

Great customer service especially with the follow up on some missing items. The products themselves are excellent quality- our third purchase from the Oak bed store.

I am pleased with my bed it is as shown on the site. It was well packed arrived in 4 boxes with instructions ( there are also instructions and video on site). It took me an hour to assemble by myself. The quality is good and the bed solid. I had to contact the company before delivery and they rang me back. The only negative thing I can think of is you don't have a certain delivery date until the courier contacts you which I understand is down to logistics.

The bed arrived in perfect condition despite being large and heavy, which was impressive.

The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the setup straightforward.
The quality of the oak is excellent – very sturdy and well-built.

I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Easy purchasing online. Website easy to navigate. I had an issue with the delivery. Georgie got back to me very quickly, she was very friendly and helpful and got the issue sorted. I am very happy with the service provided and I would buy from The Oak Bedstore again.

I needed my bed frame to be delivered on a certain date, as a result the young lady I spoke to arranged with the delivery company to ensure delivery would be on or by the specified date. I was called on the delivery date advising the appropriate time of delivery.
The bed frame was delivered as specified. The bed frame came with clear instructions on how to assemble it.
It was easy to assemble, is of good quality and looks great- I am very pleased with it.

Purchased a bed and mattress, and delighted with the quality of both. Store staff were very helpful about scheduling the delivery to suit us - redecorating and recarpeting so we couldn't have the new bed arrive too early!

Customer service was first class, even after purchase when we needed a wee bit of help with assembly.

Arranging delivery of the bed was fairly straightforward and the delivery service was good. Assembly was not as straightforward as indicated in the literature. The spanner provided was flimsy and the jaws opened up. To tighten the nuts appropriately required a decent spanner (an adjustable will not fit in the space). Some of the dowels were very loose in the locating holes.
It was difficult to get the drawer sections so fit together well, mainly because holes were not pre-drilled and the screws raised edges of the wood when screwed in. To get a tight fit required disassembly, removing raised areas of wood around the screw holes and predrilling the holes with a 1.5mm drill bit, to about three quarters deep in the wood. The drawers were then solidly assembled.
Once assembled the bed looks good and seems solid

Georgie in particular, was extremely helpful and patient in dealing with my order and my questions associated with it.
I recommended the company to friends, who have since made a purchase of their own. Again, they are happy customers. Furdeco, the delivery team were also very good.

Just received my new Oak bed base and I’m absolutely impressed! The craftsmanship is beautiful, but what really stood out was the packaging — incredibly well-thought-out protection that kept every piece safe during delivery. Zero damage, zero stress. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very sturdy , luxurious bed. Highly recommend. The packing was absolutely great , quick postage ,very good installing instructions. Over all a very good product.
