I have been to the store a couple of times now and the team are friendly, professional and yet still really down to earth and human. They know their stuff and are eager to help and if they say they are going to do something, they do it! No pushy sales and genuinely want to help.

Two weeks ago John quickly sorted out my flute, returned yesterday to purchase new guitar in part exchange for older one. We recently bought a saxophone for my daughter. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. We bought the saxophone through school and the Music Cellar made the process very simple. The saxophone was delivered much more quickly than I expected.
I was also given good advice about insuring the instrument.

Thank you so much for helping us recently, we needed a new wire belt for a snare drum last minute for a competition our daughter was taking part in and the member of staff who helped us was knowledgable and patient.
