I paid for express shipping for an item…
I paid for express shipping for an item I needed in a few days for a major trip. I noticed the tracking information gave me a USPS tracking number instead of a FedEx number. I notified the company about it and they said it was an oversight on their part and would refund the shipping since the delivery would not be on time. That did not fix the major dilemma it put me in.
I contacted the office manager and the best she would do was apologize. I requested they give me the order for free since it was their mistake. The item was not expensive. She refused. They only cared about their profit and not the customer. I refused the delivery and have nothing good to say about how the company does business.
