Regular updates and, probably most importantly, making a very stressful experience seem very easy going and straight forward. The team literally held our hand throughout the entire process and clearly explained all steps. Ours was a complicated case as we had two mortgage applications running at the same time. When I first contacted Darryl I wasnt sure what to expect, but within a few minutes he'd put my mind at rest, discussed everything I needed answers for and spent time to make sure I was clear on what steps would need to be taken next.
