I have had a long journey of learning how to heal and take care of my self, and one of the most difficult things I struggled with was addictive behavior and not feeling like I knew what my purpose was. Craig and The Mindful Habit program have been absolutely pivotal for me in finally dealing with the issues that have been holding me back. The program alone didn't do it all for me, I did a lot of work, I worked with a therapist in addition to the program (everyone has different needs), but the program provided me with 3 VERY IMPORTANT things. Without these things I would probably still be struggling to make any progress.
1. a step by step framework to examine and determine exactly what within myself was holding me back, what to do about it, and finally to understand exactly where I want to be in my life, to find my purpose, and make a plan to get there.
2. a community and support group of other men where I felt understood and could finally see that I truly was not alone in my struggles with porn and other addictive self defeating behavior. Without these 2 things I like would have struggled.
I have completed the main program and am now in their "Next Level" program, which means I have access to the same community and support. What I love the MOST is the focus on positive growth. While the goal is obviously to stop our sexually addictive and destructive behaviors, the way it is accomplished is by establishing POSITIVE aspects of life that replace these behaviors. To me, this is why this approach worked for me where others have failed. If you're considering this, do it. Work hard, this may be the most important thing you do for yourself. 10 years from now you could be in a drastically better place, and it might be because of the work you do in this program.

I would give 4.5 stars! I think the videos are a little awkward and sometimes not fully focused (scattered). I know you are looking at redoing those. I do think it is a great program that helps men get to the "Why" of their addiction and gives them tools to face and cope with their addictions. The partner program recognizes the pain and trauma that women go through and it has been very helpful in setting realistic expectations for what recovery looks like. Craig & Michelle are awesome, just wish George would be on camera more.
Not for every one but every one can definitely benefit.
It was a great experience but I personally needed something a little more forceful or guided rather than having me take reins. I was in a bad state of mind and even worse situation at the time I tried TMH. I felt like it was sincere, honest and grounded I could tell it would really benefit but I needed someone to hold me more accountable rather than have me set up everything.
It makes sense. I am not faulting the program for that. I just wasn't in the right headspace to allow myself to put in 100% but I truly believe it is a great program and that it works.
Positive growth
They brought me all of the information I needed to know to start changing myself to be the person I wanted to become. Craig, Adrian and George inspired me to dig deep and realize the roots and reasons for my problems.
Their ability to draw from their experiences helped me relate to and absorb new perspectives that helped me evolve.

Liked the Podcasts but the Program wasn't as helpful.
We loved Craig's podcast as they were a lifesaver in the beginning of our journey through a porn addiction. Those podcasts helped to make sense of the addiction and really helped. Then we joined Craig's program. It was ok. From the betrayed partner perspective the videos in the coursework were too long. I tried a group and it was a bit disorganized. We focused on one person who went through a divorce which was horrible for me as I was working to save my marriage. While Craig does have a lot of good information, it doesn't seem to be backed solidly by science. I would have liked to understand the withdrawal symptoms (something we researched independently). Also, when I posted on the forum I didn't receive an answer until 5 days later. I felt abandoned by a program I was paying for to help me. In summary, we really liked the podcasts, but the actual program just didn't help much.

Webinar is left wanting(NO MORE)
I believe that the format of this program is sound and can work if worked and if a person really applies its lessons. But I must say that the webinar portion is very lacking. I can only speak about the webinars I have been part of. I always felt like there was not much listening or attention placed on the people that spoke up. I had promises made to me in these weekly sessions that were completely forgotten. I was told to email the coach and he never responded. Meetings were cut short alot of the time which left me feeling cheated and feeling how unprofessional this was. I emailed more than once with questions and the only response I ever received was when I asked about billing which makes one think the only question acknowledged was money. I feel that this program is said to be about helping people but it's mostly about the money. So unless a person has a few thousand to spend, the time and money is better spend elsewhere. I live paycheck to paycheck and had to really try hard to come up with the money for this program so to me the money i spent was alot even if to most it isn't. It left me broke for a while so I am left feeling cheated for the amount it cost me. If I was rich it would be OK but I'm not. I don't do Anonymous so my name is Anthony Beecham thank you.

Think you for your help and all your responses. I do think this is a great program it has helped me get in touch with some very old and hard emotions that I had forgotten about. I truly feel bad about parts of my review.i would recommend this program. I do feel that you are bending over backwards to help me when there is no reason to do so and I thank you from my heart.

I have a serious addiction to sex and…
I have a serious addiction to sex and poem. I paid no attention to the consequences of my actions, risked everything and infected my spouse with an STD. The Mindful Habit has helped me identify my addiction and it’s origins and how it’s impacted me much of my adult life. It has given me tools to work and utilize to understand my addiction and how to create measures to curb its impact. It has given me some hope to move forward with my life and pursue a better life than I’ve been pretending to have.

Mindful Habit 1-on-1 Coaching
I just went through the 1-on-1 program with Craig. At first the price tag was a bit shocking, and the things Craig talked about in the beginning seemed to be a little crazy. However, as we progressed through our meetings and started digging into my story of origin, I was able to see some historic wounds, patterns, and thought processes I was completely unaware of.
Understanding my story gave me tremendous insight into who I am, why I do what I do, and what those behaviors were trying to accomplish. I hated where I was, and for the first time in my life, I feel like I have true freedom.
Craig is so encouraging without being “touchy-feely”. He truly became my friend, my advocate, and my coach through this process. I was able to find freedom through sharing. It seemed counter-intuitive to be vulnerable and share my deepest and darkest thoughts and feelings because I’ve always held it all in, but Craig created an environment that was safe to do so, and through sharing, I began the process of releasing myself from my self-induced prison.

This program worked well for my husband and me. But, you have to be willing to do the work. The things I like the most was the availability of the coaches and the program for the spouses/ partners. You can learn a lot about yourself and some of the things that drive your behaviors. Very enlightening. An honest approach and very different than going to a traditional therapist.

The best program I have used. Have done SAA and other sex treatment programs. Nothing has been more powerful or helpful as the mindful habit. My wife has also benefited greatly from the program also. It has been a major game changer for our relationship.

This program has been extremely helpful to Steve. The approach was a perfect fir for him and his addiction. So far it has proved to be 100% effective in helping him stop his acting out behavior. It has been 4 months without a prostitute visit and I am grateful for that.
