DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I order 3 canisters of formula to later find out it’s out of stock nationwide. On top of it I wasn’t notified by them I found out that information on my own. Even after 10 emails back and forth they still wouldn’t return my money even though they couldn’t fulfill my order. Instead they held on to it until it came back in stock. Due to their dishonest business practices I was forced to buy a cheap, non organic brand in the mean time. Order from Organic Life Start instead, they’re fast, transparent and trustworthy.

It took a month to get my order with no…

It took a month to get my order with no communication that there was a delay ahead of time. I had no warning that I would have to find another way to feed my child and it left me scrambling

Never Again.

I waited three weeks during the hottest part of the summer for my two canisters to arrive. Upon expressing my concerns about my infant's food being subjected to record heat while in transit for so long, Milky Box reps told me it was fine and there would be no refund issued. It is wild to me how cavalier they were about the situation, especially when a 4 month old's only source of nutrition is involved. I asked them to make it right and they refused. Needless to say, I am not feeding this to my baby and I will not be a returning customer. What a waste of time and huge waste of money.

Trustworthy and Amazing!

My order had formula that was made within the last 3 months so I knew it was fresh. It shipped fast and I was in the loop the whole time from order to door. My son has taken to the stage two so well and I will be buying the rest of his formula through Milky Box

The Milky box was super easy to order

The Milky box was super easy to order. The box came. (All fine).

The box was damaged along with the box of the product inside. I still tried the box as the alum foil inside was not broken.
My child was sick. I tried it again in case it was a coincidence. After the third time I requested a refund.
The product must have been damaged by heat or something.
They are avoiding me like the plague.
I have to email 3 times to get a response which is just another question.
I have sent photos of the product. Dates etc. It’s pretty sad that you have replied over 6 months later requesting pictures.
It really just shows the lack of customer service at this point.
I want my money back. It’s 107$ for 2 small boxes. It should be easily refunded.
I find this type of avoidance inappropriate customer service.

Do not buy here if you have any intention of a return or replacement due to defect.

Cash on Demand at post office.

When I picked up the package from Canada post, the sender requested additional funds as cash on demand. When I asked milky box about it they said it must’ve been a customs fee that needed to be paid when in reality Canada post would’ve said it’s a customs fee. Anyway cash on demand for those who don’t know, is when Canada post requests payment on behalf of the sender and securely sends it back to the sender. There are other companies who sell good quality formula at a better price and experience, don’t waste your time.

Not only did I have to pay the exchange…

Not only did I have to pay the exchange with this company I had to pay $44 of duty! Turned out to be over $100 a can. Ridiculous.

I won’t be spending any more money here.

Yeah, avoid using this company unless it’s a last resort. My order was placed on 6-14 and I paid for “priority processing” which is a waste of money - and it’s just now being shipped out on 6/26. I contacted them on 6/22 requesting a refund for my order, which they stated “wasn’t possible because they didn’t know if the order was shipped out”. They stated that their processing time is between 2-6 days, and that’s apparently regardless of paying for “priority”. The person stated that they would contact distribution and if it had not shipped - my refund would be processed….. Well… Low and behold, it’s the 26th and I get a notification that my order is shipped out. Honestly, this business maybe selling legitimate products and they may have a SLIGHTLY better price then my normal major retailer - but I’m gonna just pay the extra couple of bucks to ensure that I can get what I need, when I need it and have service that honors what they say they will do. ALSO… they don’t charge me for “priority shipping” which is ACTUALLY just a line item to collect a few extra bucks. Trash company.
