Regarding your concerns, our support team responded to your email and addressed the questions raised about pricing and the technical issues you encountered.
When we mentioned that we were unable to access your website, we meant exactly that. Unfortunately, we were unable to access it through our regular network, which made it difficult for us to investigate the issue directly.
We have also provided the PDF invoice generated by the Freemius payment gateway, which shows the original amount and the amount including VAT. The additional $9 represents the applicable tax collected by Freemius and is not revenue received by us.
The second email you received was an automated notification from Shopify following the creation of your order in its system. It displays the original order amount of $45 and is separate from the invoice generated by Freemius.
We understand that receiving different amounts in separate emails may have caused confusion, and we apologize for any misunderstanding.
Despite these difficulties, we remain committed to helping you get your website up and running. We have now been able to access your website through a VPN, and we are more than happy to assist you further. We are willing to investigate the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

I purchased the Pro theme, but the license appears to be expired, which means the demo content won't load. This has prevented me from setting up my website properly. I contacted support immediately, but so far I haven't received any response, which is very frustrating. I expected much better support after paying for the Pro version. I tried to get help with this issue, but they refused to respond. It used to be that there was an option to adjust the lettering color, fonts, etc, then it disappeared about a year ago. Therefore, I cannot modify the existing pages or create new ones. I have gray lettering on gray pages. UPDATE: It is now 12 5 2025: I sent them what they asked for before this review and again after. They still have not helped me!

Compré un tema de Themespride (AI Automation Pro) con la esperanza de mejorar mi sitio web, pero tras la instalacion, el tema se volvió inutilizable: errores de diseño, funciones rotas y problemas de compatibilidad con plugins esenciales. Lo peor ha sido el soporte técnico: llevo semanas enviando correos electrónicos (su único método de contacto) solicitando ayuda, pero ni una sola respuesta.
Es indignante pagar por un producto que promete "soporte prioritario" y encontrarte abandonado cuando más lo necesitas. Themespride no se hace responsable de los fallos de sus temas ni de sus clientes. Además, la falta de opciones de contacto directo (como chat o teléfono) demuestra su poca seriedad.
¿Mi consejo? Evítenlos. Hay alternativas más confiables y profesionales en el mercado. Una estrella por el tema, aunque ni eso merece.

Themespride theme updated; showed numerous errors. I'm basically begging for help from their support team yet still Themespride haven't notified me regarding necessary corrections to the theme I bought.
Only way to reach them is via email and they simply don't reply.
