I reached out to support because one of the WP template pages wasn't loading correctly. I really wanted to use the WP Theme that I selected but I thought I would have to select another theme. I decided to reach out to support and they fixed the issue within 24 hours. So happy! Thanks WPradiant!

1. Wpradiant No 14-day money-back guarantee: During checkout, you are forced to agree to a policy that waives your statutory 14-day refund right if you are unsatisfied.
2. Hidden costs & missing features: Many core features that work seamlessly in the free and demo versions simply do not work in the Pro theme. After purchasing the Pro version, you are forced to buy three additional expensive plugins just to make the theme functional. This crucial information is completely hidden before purchase.
Run as far away from Wpradiant as possible if you don’t want to waste your money!

However, we would like to clarify that our premium theme does not require any additional paid plugins to function. All advertised premium theme features are included with the theme itself. While the theme supports integration with third-party plugins for extended functionality, these are entirely optional and not required for the core features of the theme.
We would also like to note that we could not find any support tickets, emails, or inquiries associated with your account or order details. Had any issues been reported to our support team, we would have been happy to investigate and assist in resolving them.

Erst einmal war es ein super Angebot. Bei einigen Installationsproblemen wurde zügig geholfen, ok zügig bedeutet innerhalb 24 Std. Aber nach einigen Mailaustauschen wurde das Problem gelöst und bin voll Enz zufrieden.
When one issue was fixed, other ones apperared. Still not solved, after 3 weeks.
They are very kind, that's true, but they ussualy spend like 1 week per answer.
Their service is top notch! They are very responsive and helpful. I love their themes and am very happy with my website!
