Thank you to the support team! They are kind, responsive, patient, and they assist me professionally in any situation that requires their intervention.

good theme (Classic Ecommerce Pro), solved issues setting up site, proved plugin updates with a quick response time.

Great template support. Thx

Timely, fast and precise. I sought support on installation of the theme and I'm really pleased with the site!

I used TheClassicTemplates to build a quick website for a project, and the overall experience was smooth. The templates are clean, lightweight, and easy to customize. Documentation was decent, and I didn’t face any major issues during setup. For the price, it’s definitely worth it.

Terrible experience — very poor service and zero customer support. Not recommended at all. Avoid buying any theme from them.

**Absolutely Catastrophic! Avoid at all costs!**

I recently purchased a theme and attempted to upload it. The result was devastating: my entire website has been completely offline for 6 days! The support team is unresponsive, not even replying to a simple inquiry. This strongly smells like a scam. I strongly advise against purchasing anything here. An absolute disaster!

This company is not good. They do not have a way to refund money to dissatisfied customers. They also refuse to support after purchase. They send vague emails that ask the same thing over and over again. They are often brief but very rude. They also do not sign their name when communicating. I think BBB should read the experiences shared on their own support website and give them an F for failure as an honest and trustworthy business.

Very supportive and responsive team. The assistance in the theme setups and further configurations after purchase was just wow!. Didn't regret my purchase from you. Thanks always for your support!

I purchased the theme, Affiliate Store Pro, from TheClassicTemplates to give my website the look and functionality that I needed. After setting it up, as with anything in this field, it had a few bugs to work out. TheClassicTemplates' customer service was exceptional. They took the time to listen to what needed to be fixed and promptly resolved the issues. I highly recommend TheClassicTemplates for your WordPress theme needs!

Very responsive support teams. Fixed an issue promptly when interacted with them.

great support for template bought. Very fast response and professional help. Described problem (most likely due my lack of understanding). Support guided me through and provided a good solution. Many thanks
