Alex Mellinger was extremely informative and helpful and quickly adapted our conversation (cut to the chase) when he realized I had done my homework before calling yet still made sure to cover all the relevant details. During our initial call, the web site he needed to get me signed up was unavailable, so he quickly engaged for help, and once he realized it wasn't a 'quick fix', rather than making me stay on the line while they internally triaged the issue, he scheduled a follow-up call for the following day. I appreciate his focus on the customer experience.

Elisha is a wonderful, kind, patient, super funny and most importantly knowledgeable person on Medicare, medigap, advantage, Part D drug plan, and a host of other options that may be a good fit for folks. She made me feel at ease during our two conversations, explained everything to me in a way I cold fully grasp and was extremely patient with me when she had to explain a couple things more than once...that was because of me, not her. I can't recommend her enough as a person and as a professional. She didn't push any particular company or plan on either medigap or advantage. She did help me make the best choice for me and my family, and I'm extremely confident in those choices for Medicare and Medigap going forward.
