When I was looking for a ppo plan for part C on my medicare plan Julia O'Connor chose a plan I had been looking into. One of the biggest things was she found the one that had a great give back for part B and would fit my needs as a veteran.

Jon Wake with The Medicare Family responded to my inquiry on Medicare and supplemental insurance vs a Medicare advantage. Throughout many phone calls between the two of us, he spent many hours going over the different options and never got frustrated with me and my million questions and scenarios without complaint, and many calls back with answers. We finally came to a conclusion and within the day I was fully insured through a supplemental policy and prescription policy and a couple days later I have the cards in the mailbox. I appreciate all the helped me through this nerve racking decision.
