No response and dangerous toy
I ordered 2 dolls for my daughters and one doll came dirty, stained and filling was falling out of the doll's neck. I emailed them about it and there was no response that's why I decided to write this review. The doll is apparently suitable for 18 months+ however we all know that kids that age still like to put everything in their mouth. The filling is choking hazard and thankfully I am of the parents that check everything in details before giving it to my kids but what about people who doesn't do that? It could be disastrous for someone else. Not to mention the doll makes sound but this piece of plastic is just inserted in the opened type of pocket on doll's chest it's not closed in no ways and we all know kids are playing and undressing dolls. I paid for 2 dolls and one of them is in the bin now because this company never responded to me and I wish I never purchased from them on the first place because the dool is pricey and now I'm at loss. Very irresponsible and I wouldn't trust them. I even have photos of the faulty doll. Don't buy from them .

We would like to clarify that we did respond to your original message after receiving the images and offered a partial refund. It appears this response may not have reached you, and we apologise for any confusion caused.
All of our dolls meet UK and EU safety standards for 18 months+ use. The sound box is securely placed in a fabric pocket beneath the doll’s clothing, and the plastic tab is included to preserve battery life and must be removed by an adult to activate the sound.

Defective product - terrible customer service
The product I ordered - an electronic puzzle game - not only stopped working after about 6 weeks but became incredibly hot and started smoking in my son's hands.
The Magic Toy Shop has not responded to any of my emails on the matter of a refund. Quick to take your money, but clearly not interested when things go wrong.
Take your money elsewhere.
