I mistakenly ordered two of an item , realised quite quickly and contacted them . I got an immediate reply and they sorted my order before I received it .
Delivery was really quick and items are as advertised, and of great quality.
I also received my refund for item not required within 5 days
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again

The ordering and delivery was fine, but the item itself is so quiet you can hardly hear it, so my grandson quickly loses interest. Slightly disappointing.

Wonderful Customer Service
I'd ordered a wall fountain to put on my garden wall. It arrived, but the hose was too short to allow the pump to be fully submerged in the water tray. So they replaced it with another which they'd assembled for me to make sure that I didn't have the same problem. Sorting it all out must have taken Jim a good hour, and I'm enormously grateful to him.

Faulty Padded lap tray
Bought a padded lap tray so disabled daughter could use it whilst in bed for eating on her very bad days. Only used a few times and have found that the frame is broken and coming away from the pad. Reached out to customer service but the 30 day return/ refund/ replace window shut on 25/5. They say they can't do anything but surely if product is faulty after being used less than 10 times it was never really fit for purpose.

If I could give zero stars I would, do not recommend
I never received my parcel, it has been ages and I still haven’t had any correspondence or a refund regarding this matter. Shocking customer service do not recommend this website to anyone.
