Iv now had the 3rd product from the little red hut and I can not fault the company ! from first order to delivery time has been exceptional, one of the most professional online companies I’ve had the privilege to deal with (the signs are brilliant) The fact this is a family run company makes it that more special. what there doing and the products are so much more then expected, definitely 5* 👏👌

Iv had various items from the little…
Iv had various items from the little red hut that are dotted around my home. We get multiple comments from friends and family as to where we got them.
the service is outstanding the quality is perfect every time, highly recommended will definitely be returning.

Would not recommend this company waited a very long time for a gift for some one then the order got cancelled by them after being told it was out for dispatch ! For a small family run business not ver accommodating at all

This poor review has not come as a surprise as you sadly threatened earlier if we could not meet your timeframe.
Our current production time is clear to see on our website, (on our homepage, on every product page and at checkout) As well as on the order confirmation email you received too. It does feel unfair that you are rating us poor based on our timescale, when we couldn't be clearer.
We did not advise your order was out for delivery - We confirmed it was due for dispatch today and we were on schedule to do so.
We knew our courier would not be able to deliver your parcel in the timescale you required it for (next day) and so therefore we cancelled and refunded your order straight away (as you requested us to do so if that was the case!)
We are accommodating wherever possible, but I did explain that we have a new product which has recently gone viral and as a result brought in an unprecedented amount of orders and our team are at full stretch at this present time.
I am sorry we are only guilty of not being able to reduce our waiting time for you at this moment.

My daughter brought one of the wall arts for me for Christmas that said I love you More. Then I wanted something else saying night night sleep tight which is something my husband had left me a voice mail saying before he passed away. They had been able to make this for me which I love. Their customer service was brilliant and delivery was very quick. I will definitely use again thank you
