Take care when handling product paint comes off
. Unfortunately the black paint on the letters came off on my fingers and I didn't realise I then got some of it on my white wall when I put the letters on the wall. I then had to paint over the marks.

Hello Shirley,
Just to clarify, the letters aren’t painted; all of our wood is pre-coated and sealed, so it won’t have been black paint. Occasionally, a little surface residue from the cutting process can remain, but this is completely wipeable and shouldn’t cause any lasting marks.
We’re glad to hear you otherwise liked the quality and look of the product, and we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can make sure every set gets an extra clean before dispatch.

As discussed by email, this issue arose during our short workshop closure - very unfortunate timing. I’m glad we’ve since been in touch and that your replacement has been arranged with care.

Still not received my order, although I’ve had something from shop.app saying it was delivered today 28/9/25????… No delivery & can’t get in touch with the Little Red Hut to complain. Sorry but I’m really not happy & will not stop until I have a full refund, also I do not advise anyone ordering anything from them

I definitely would not recommend or buy…
I definitely would not recommend or buy off this company again. The product eventually came after so long. My order was placed on 6th July and it didn’t get shipped out untill 18th July and I didn’t receive it untill 21st July! Communication is very poor and shipping is just as long you’d be waiting forever. I would advise to go elsewhere definitely isn’t worth it!

We’re sorry you feel this way, but your review leaves out some key facts.
Your order was placed on 6th July, with production scheduled from the week commencing 14th July — this was clearly stated at checkout. You contacted us on the 11th and 12th July and we replied promptly both times - on the same day.
You asked if the order could be delivered sooner, and we offered you next-day delivery for a small £2.73 fee. You declined and chose to stick with standard delivery.
We fulfilled your order within the expected timeframe and responded quickly. We always advise reading the product and delivery details before purchasing.

Hubby and I had the privilege of meeting the owners and the staff at the weekend and they are all so lovely..

I’ve purchased a couple of items from TLRH and have no hesitation in recommending them. They are accommodating wherever possible (adjusted the wording for me) and give realistic time frames on delivery of their products, which many companies fail to do.
Great service and good communication. What more do you need?

Cute and unique
Kept seeing adverts come up on Instagram and Facebook. Was a bit conscious of a scam but checked reviews and felt confident in them. Ordered a sign for my house and as expected took some time to arrive but they give that heads up anyway so I wasn’t worried. But what a lovely surprise when it did arrive.
A bit smaller than I expected but that’s my own fault for not looking at sizes 🤦🏼♀️ lol but actually the size is perfect.
Would definitely order again!
