Poor communication and item never received. Shows as delivered but that’s not my house and I told them with no answer..

Made a mistake with delivery as I thought it would have arrived before Father’s Day. My mistake for not reading (although I’m sure it said it would be here in time). Did email them but by the time they responded with a blunt email the parcel arrived

My dad was over the moon with it. Looks really lovely on his bar. Would have given them 5 stars but was a bit at back with the way they spoke on their email. Overall a lovely product

Had created a design and the sign and hanging mechanism was great - very good quality

Wish I hadn't ordered from these. I can relate to all the negative reviews I've read on here. The no communication thing is real, if you attempt to email them through the email address they suggest you use, don't expect a reply.

Still waiting on my order.

I'm waiting for the "Perhaps you should learn to read" line!

Perhaps these people should revisit their business model, maybe brush up on those customer service skills!

My hanging bar sign turned up in great time and was as described, only giving 4 stars as it arrived with 2 minor dents but doesnt effect the look of the sign. Overall very pleased with my purchase

Printed picture well and its pretty clear. Comes with hanging bracket which is handy. Delivery was a little slow and I think maybe email with a picture of the sign before its ent out to make sure it came out OK.

No communication what so ever!
If you need to contact this Company. You have no chance.
They don't pick up the phone, they don't return emails and Messenger messages.
No reply back when submitting a message through their website.
Keep away!
They will probably respond to this by saying that they haven't received any messages from me. Which is completely untrue.
