Amazing care
It was the first time that I did laser hair removal, and I couldn’t have had a better experience!
Kawsar is an amazing therapist, she always shows concern to how you are feeling during the sessions and is willing to give you as much time and attention as you need. I have had great results from the first session, followed her recommendations and never had any sort of reactions or pain. It has been great.
I have also done a facial with Kawsar and she was really amazing. She made me feel relaxed and my skin was glowing and much healthier after the treatment.
Another really strong point is how welcoming everyone is at the salon. I really recommend it!

I got a wowcher for a ONE SESSION
I got a wowcher for a ONE SESSION: Cryo lipo fat ‘freezing’ treatment, i got there i had to wait about 20 minutes as they seemed to have some issues with the voucher code, no one apologized or explained what happened.
When i finally got to get the treatment i mentioned which area i wanted done, area mentioned on options presented on the voucher- their response was that it is not possible as all the areas listed where for 2 sessions.... well imagine the confusion, why would you sell one session when all the listed option require you to buy a minimum of 2, and that was not mentioned at any point when i bought the voucher.
i had to wait another 30 min while the receptionist was on the phone with god knows who talking about this situation.
30 minutes later they decided to proceed with the treatment, BUT i only got 45 minutes per side not 1h as she initially said the treatment should be, not to mention i had all my schedule for the day messed up with as i waited for more than 1 h to actually get the treatment.
All in all a total waste of time and money!

I was recommended the harrow branch and they’re great there. Rabika’s knowledge on the different treatments is amazing.
I’ve had 5 sessions of laser treatment and the results have been amazing, it’s so nice to feel confident by having clearer skin. Thank you Rabika and the harrow team.

Friendly staff and Rabika always gives a professional and personalised care and input with all the treatments. They do offer a wide range of services at your own schedule and comes with a paybreak assistance. The clinic is cozy and clean. As a healthcare provider, I value privacy and dignity for each of my patients and I expect to get the same. Otherwise, I can recommend TLC Group Harrow to those who are interested.
