I am NOT Happy with my Lacy Bra. I Received a cheep made in China product that does not look like the advertised ones. The material wont even hold an A cub in Place. On the packaging it says by Nicole......there is no side stitches and it looks like the fabric was just cut out....I have taken this up with their customer service and they have the audacity to give me two options. 1. Keep the bras and get a 60% refund Or 2. Send it back and pay for the shipping...... my argument is that the product is not as advertised, so why must I pay for shipping!! So yeah.....I'm very upset 😡 I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY FROM PAULA BELOW. Fake Company!!!!!!!

Although I am sorry to learn that our product did not meet your expectations, I appreciate your detailed feedback. I will inform our product development department about the issues you pointed out so they can take your comments into consideration when developing the next version of our bras.
As for returns, indeed, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping. We like to offer our customers different options when they reach out to us to let us know that they wish to return the bras; however, everyone may choose whichever option suits them best.
That being said, I understand that you are unhappy with the options you were given, and I can very much understand your point of view. I would love to have the opportunity to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Best bra ever.
I am very happy with my lacy bra and it fastens in the front and its so comfortable it also holds in any flab on your back, will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

My first order was for 40D
My first order was for 40D, I normally were a 38D but I sized up. When I received the 40D it fit tight, seemed smaller than 38D. So I contacted lacy bra and they sent me a 40DD. Now the cups fit correctly but it still a little tight around the chest. 42DD would probably fit better.

Lacy bras
I purchased two lacy bras, beige and black and they are so nice for wearing under certain dresses and blouses. They hide all the weight around my bra strap. So nice. I would recommend the lacy bra.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a fraudulent company that have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in a company. They should be out of business , please do not order from them! My grandma made an order months ago , no refund no order: I have contacted them 4 times with no help what so ever and no refund that’s been given. Please don’t order from these fraudsters

I love love love the bra, delivery could be a little quicker, but definitely would recommend these bras. Most comfortable I've ever worn, would love one in white, but sadly unavailable yet. I'll be waiting patiently xx
