Stole my money and my return!
Not only did the bra fit horribly, but the material was tight and extremely uncomfortable.
That’s why I returned it… Which has taken an unsuccessful act of congress! You have to call them to make a return… they kept trying to beg for me to keep it and “let me” keep a portion of the money. I declined 20 times because the bra is horrible. Finally…. They emailed me return label for me to pay the postage. So, I returned it and over a month later I have yet to get my money refunded….
They are scammers who steal your money and keep your return for a horrible product! Buy from literally ANYONE but them!!

I am very sorry to hear that the bra you received did not fit you well and that the overall quality of the product did not meet your expectations.

As for returns, once the returned item is received, it is usually inspected at one of our returns centers to make sure it is in resalable condition, and then the refund is processed. This should not take very long, but also depends on the volume of returns we have to process.

My second order did not show the peach…
My second order did not show the peach colour that I had chosen for my first order, so I've gone for the pink, as the beige on show looked to be too dark.
Otherwise, thank you for coming up with such a comfy design. Will recommend.

Huge bra!
The customer service was OK. Took a long time to get the bra, esp compared to Amazon. That said, this thing is a monstrosity. It covers my whole mid section. Maybe the sizes I ordered were not right. I didn't like it at all and will return them.

My order was not followed up on to tell me that 1 of my items wasn't available. So I had to call 2timestoget my order. A simple email would have made my rating higher.

I ordered on March 11, 2022. It is now May 6, 2022 and sellers still say they are out of stock, of ALL the bras I ordered and they will not give me any expectations as to when I might receive them. I believe this company is a scam. Please check your orders and if you haven’t received your items please contact your credit cards to dispute the charges,

No confirmation email, no exchange
I bought 3, opened one, like the fit of the bra with the exception of the back is all stretch and its a little loose. I tried to exchange the other 2 but the company says I need the order no. from the email that they DIDN'T send me. I have the numbers from PayPal but those don't work for this company. If I could get a good fit, I'd probably order more, but I won't be dealing with this company any more because of their Catch 22 exchange policy.

I have the same scenario as Carol
I have the same scenario as Carol. I ordered Lacy bras on the 19th of March and as of 2nd May still have not received the bras. Two weeks ago the representative, who was very nice, advised me they were on their way to the US from the international production facility. That they would be received in Miami Florida and shipped from there. I wouldn’t be so upset if I had atleast received some kind of communication from the Lacy Bra company to keep me updated. As of yet I have to make the calls to them. I have received no updates.

The bras are soft, well-made, and beautiful. In fact, I've never seen such a beautiful bra. They have thought of everything in the design. Unfortunately, I didn't measure myself right and they don't fit, too small. I'm going to have my husband measure me, originally I did it myself, and hopefully, I can exchange them. However, I recommend this bra to anyone who wants to have a beautiful, comfortable garment.

I ordered 3 bras in size 40D the same size as my victoria's secrets bars. When they arrived everything was perfect all three colors exactly what I ordered and size. When I tried one of them on, unfortunately it did not fit. It was to small. So I emailed the company to let them know I needed to exchange or get a refund. In a couple of hours Julie had emailed me back explaining the process and letting me know that they where sending me 3 New Bra's in another size ASAP. I was not expecting such a quick response nor such a refreshing one. There was no argument or a bunch of questions. It was let's just fix this.

Excellent service!
I have read lots of very negative reviews about this company but I honestly find them brilliant.I have ordered two of their bras and both times recieved excellent service. I had a small problem with my second order and it was dealt with very promptly and professionally.I would definitely recommend lacy bra their bras are wonderful so comfortable and good quality.
