Great communication and really considerate packaging

Although the product I ordered arrived later than expected they gave me an additional item at no extra costs to make up for it which was a great testament to their customer service!

After a quick response from my initial email, the way was made clear for us to order the embroidery we wanted. Thanks for such great attention!

I bought Anduril for my brother's wedding while on backorder. However due to law changes in the UK it took around five months for the new stock to arrive. Throughout, I was kept up to date on what was happening and when the sword finally came available. It was sent to me promptly within a few days of coming back into stock! Even threw in a little gift to say sorry for the delay!

The customer service is excellent, the staff both online and in person are friendly and the item itself is absolutely phenomenal. Will be looking to get something for myself at some point

This is the second Sword I have bought from the Knight's Vault. I would highly recommend them. Excellent quality sword and came really well packaged and came really quickly once dispatched. I ordered this one on back order and received regular email updates with the estimated time of arrival. There was even a little gift inside which is very much appreciated. Sword itself came exactly as described.

My issue was with the ridiculously long wait time for this product. Originally ordered on December 1st with the knowledge that this wouldn’t be here in time for Xmas, I was fine to wait until the estimated Jan/Feb date. I waited months with very little communication from the team here, only ever giving myself updates when I prompted them to. They asked if I wanted to proceed with my order or pick something as from their stock, I waited as they still wanted me to pay an additional £80 for a different product! Finally arrived last week (8th of May I believe) with no sort of compensation for an over 5 month long wait time.

Like I say the product was exactly how it appeared, but not worth waiting nearly half a year…

Delivery took a while, but they did email me to ask if I was okay with this. The product arrived in good condition, and has made its recipient a very happy person
