The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I knew what I wanted and had the cash in my wallet only to discover the shop doesn't accept cash and I wasn't carrying a card, I rarely do. I had to leave the shop and purchase the sword from the website using my phone with its stored card details. I opted to collect my purchase from the shop. When I returned to the shop I had some difficulty explaining that I had bought the sword by card online. Eventually I managed to make the saleswoman understand and she couldn't have been more helpful. The sword itself (reproduction Spanish Cup Rapier) is delightful, it looks and feels considerably better than my usual silicone swords.

Great company, really responsive and great customer service when we had issues with the separate delivery service.

1st time customer, I bought a Lord of the Rings sword (Anduril) on a back order due to high demand. The staff kept me informed all the way and when I did receive my order it was packaged well. The sword itself was really high quality and if you're an big kid, nerd ;) or just a collector you cannot go wrong with the knights vault. I am already saving for my next purchase.
