I’ve ordered four swords from them so far and I’m on my fifth, they’ve been fantastic every time

Customer service started well and then…
Customer service started well and then went down hill when taken over by another person. Their price match guarantee was offered initially by one person and then withdrawn by another. Then poor communication ceased entirely. Very disappointing service.

Terrible customer service
I ordered and paid for a Regenyei custom arming sword on 20 march 26 from the sword shop, which is part of The knight shop.I was aware of a 12 week waiting time as the description stated this. Having waited an extra 4 weeks and hearing nothing from them, my wife emailed today and was told that it would be ready around October and that I could have a refund as they haven't even started making it yet. I am giving this rating as a response to their non existent customer service.

Everything about this shop is amazing
Everything about this shop is amazing, great collection of swords at competitive prices, I purchased one but will definitely be ordering more. I was kept informed daily and it was delivered the next day - so really fast from ordering to receiving. The sword was well packed and it looks amazing. So pleased I found this shop.

Ordered the United Cutlery Boromir…
Ordered the United Cutlery Boromir sword it is of excellent quality very happy with it only downside is the ups delivery was 3 days late but that's on them not the knights shop so still a 5 star
