Lauren has sold two houses for us now over a seven year period and has many years of experience working for a large modern online estate agency previously. Having now set up Home Movement, she brings the best of everything to the table and delivers an exemplary selling experience which is transparent, honest and efficient.

She has also (coincidently) sold three houses on my street in the last six months and has great contacts in the industry for EPCs and surveys etc.

We'll be asking her to market my new partners house in the next six months as we're so confident in her abilities. She knows how to price accurately but moreso, she's in touch regularly to keep things moving along at all the right points.

Home Movement are top of the estate agent game and I wouldn't recommend or trust anyone else with such an important and life changing event. Having had bad experiences with high street estate agents, I will now always turn to Lauren first.

Could have not been more different... I had my house on the market for three months with a local estate agent. After I decided to change agents, I spoke with Lauren... who had little track record in our geographical area(?!?)

Lauren came to my house and talked me through the terms. Yes, it was slightly more expensive, but Lauren was so confident that she will sell your house there was no tie-in period!

I used the solicitors Lauren recommend (they were cheaper than those recommended by previous agent) and everything was done online, no hiccups whatsoever plus I received calls from Lauren pretty much every week. Within two months Lauren had found me a first-time buyer, who paid cash at 4% lower than the asking price (which I was delighted with) – and I received the money into my bank account on the completion date!

Apologies for taking six months to write this… but at least you know there was no come backs from anywhere, don’t you? 😉

Lauren was selling the house we were hoping to buy. We liked her as soon as we met her! She was so approachable, friendly and we warmed to her immediately.
Even though we were the buyers she was also there for us too every step of the way, understanding that this was our first purchase.
She has also followed through the entire process with us even after completion making sure we were happy with everything.

I liked Lauren from the moment I met her and knew she was the one to sell our house. She has a very calming and confident approach, without all the 'sales' pitches. She set up a WhatsApp group for us so which was much more efficient than email or phone calls. I am pleased we went with a smaller company, rather than a big national one as it meant we always spoke to Lauren, not multiple different agents. Lauren was fantastic at helping us navigate challenges throughout the process, in particular, listening to my rants! We were so happy with Lauren, that we have already asked her if she would sell our new house when we are ready to move again!

Recently sold a property through Lauren at The Home Movement and I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received! Lauren herself is really friendly and super easy to get along with and you can tell straight away she takes a lot of pride in her work. The pictures she took of the house were very very good and really made the house look at its best for potential buyers. Upon the first visit to the property Lauren was very confident she could achieve more than market value and what we expected it to sell for. And she absolutely delivered. We got just over 10% more than what we would have been happy with and I think that was down to Lauren’s presentation of the property and professional approach. Lauren is a fantastic estate agent. She is professional, knowledgeable and gives great care and attention to detail. She responds to all enquiries incredibly quickly. It was great to work with her, I would highly recommend.

On reflection, Lauren is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with in the 40 years I have been buying/selling property. Not only does she harve expert knowledge of the market, but she listens and understands what her client requirements are, using excellent communication skills combined with charm. She responds to queries quicker than any of her peers and the detail is always made simple and clear. She is definitely a relationship driven person as opposed to a hard sell and I will not, in future, consider using anyone else.

As it says in some of the reviews below, it is daunting to go with a smaller agent compared to the local high streets who are well established. However after making the decision to use Lauren, I'm so glad I did.

The level of detail and attention that Lauren gives is unbeatable. She was available 24/7 and kept us updated every step of the way. No request was too extreme and Lauren was even doing viewings late into the evening. Something you would never get at your high street agent.

My experience with the home movement has been fantastic. People say selling your house is stressful and I genuinely couldn't disagree more. This has been the easiest and most relaxed sale in the world!
