Wonderful service from all members of the team at StonesYoung. The sale of my property ended up being rather complicated, and throughout all the time it took to sell, they remained patient,courteous, extremely helpful at every turn, very professional and friendly. They kept me informed continually, I never had to chase up queries. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wishing to sell their property. They were absolutely marvellous, I cannot thank them enough for all their help in making what was a very stressful time a much smoother process.

From valuation to completion, Stones Young have been so helpful and supportive through the whole process of selling my property. They managed all the viewings, and the communication exceeded my expectation. I would like to say a huge thank you to Andrew Blacklock as i could not have done it without his diligence, support and professionalism. I would highly recommend Stones Young and the team.

After a very lengthy period on the market, a great relationship was formed with many of the staff. Stones Young have an active presence on social media which is very useful, however at times we felt this was not pursued with our property. The communication was good and the eventual sale was dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.

Our sale took much longer, than we ever expected because other members of our chain had various delays. However Mark @ Stones Young kept it all on track & went the Extra mile.

Cannot recommend Stones Young enough with the way they professional dealt with selling a property I inherited. Nothing was to much trouble even when there was a delay in the property selling, particularly Andrew and Jack who were great throughout.

We had a great experience when using Stones young to sell our property and purchase a new one. Jacks knowledge of the property market in our area meant that he gave us a realistic valuation and we did indeed sell at the asking price he gave to us.

It’s not what you know it’s who you know in that office if you want a house it’s the third time my son has put an offer in and not been accepted because somebody in the office has taken a lower offer. It’s not fair.

When we had agreed the sale price I felt I had to chase up the process when the buyer “miscommunicated” his instructions to his solicitor. To SY credit they chased it up and got things moving again. I’d happily recommend.
