Hi Sara, we're sorry to hear your order did not arrive as promised. On investigation it appears the order left us as required to suit the delivery timescale, however the couriers have failed to meet their next day delivery. We have issued a refund for the shipping charges and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Radio silence and non delivered!
Ordered specific lump wood which I need for my BBQ. Was supposed to be delivered on the Thursday. It was dispatched. Nothing showed up. Next day Nothing. Next day nothing. I emailed to enquire about the item and had no reply. Waited until the Monday, no item no repl h so I emailed again. No reply.
The next evening I receive an aitanoated email to say I will be refunded. No explanation, nothing. Still waiting for the refund….
