Coming back again
Tried them out last week after I decided it's time to get a deep facial and exfoliate. Very accomodating staff and hands on care. I for sure would come back.

Nice Products
The order process is very good. The products come quickly and are boxed very nicely and in sustainable packaging.
The products are very lovely and all natural. They worked very well. My only complaint is they are a bit pricey also, I would like something a product of some kind to work for hyper pigmentation. Haven’t found one with this line yet.

I’ve not only received amazing facials from Alana, but I’ve also truly appreciated how she takes the time to explain each product she uses and why she chose it specifically for my skin. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything — just honest, thoughtful recommendations backed by her expertise. I felt completely comfortable and trusted her guidance.
Alana introduced me to the Eminence Organics skincare line, and it's exactly what I’ve been searching for. There was no judgment or criticism — just support and care. Aging can be challenging, but knowing I can get exactly what I need, and that The Facial Room curates their products so intentionally, makes all the difference.
My package just arrived, and I couldn’t be happier with everything. I’m so grateful to have found this place!

Excellent customer service
The day after I placed an order, it was packed and ready to ship via UPS.Very fast service. However, the parcel was delayed at UPS in Surrey, B.C. and was not delivered on time. In the meantime, I contacted The Facial Room via email and told them of this delay. Immediately, they resent the product via Canada Post Express and was received within 3 days. Very pleased with customer service.
