Consistency… I receive what I am expecting, packed well and well priced.
I also like the fact that the discount items when items are close to expiry date or past because it reduces waste and with most of the items I purchase expiration is close enough that it doesn’t impact using them.
Customer service is excellent as well because responsive and resolve issues quickly.

Broken glass bottle
My bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar was broken in the bag that it was packed in. The bottom of the bottle was broken right off.
