I contacted the Drop and got swatches requested immediately. I then met them and got measured and asked for a couple of additional features for my suit. About 8 weeks later . I received the suit and it was a perfect fit. I ordered my second suit and have received it again a perfect fit.

I bought a suit for my boyfriend - the fit was perfect, great quality and it arrived in 3 weeks! Couldn't have been easier!

Very poor customer service, poor quality. Bought a suit a just under a year ago. The suit was the wrong color, did not fit, and generally wasn't what was advertised. Found it on a Chinese marketplace for 1/10 of the price they are charging. Be careful with these people. Seems to me they just send you the cheap china suits and then provide tailoring services. Not whats advertised on their website. Never got the money back.
Oh and guys if you want the suit back, still have it in a box, not used, because it looks and feels cheap.

I ordered my three piece morning suit for my wedding through The Drop. I was very particular about the suit I wanted but they absolutely delivered. It was a perfect fit and everyone commented how amazing the morning suit was.
The team were great for customer service and the product is amazing. Have told all my friends to try these guys if they ever need a suit.

Next time I am going to save myself money and get a suit at the same price that doesn’t use cheap materials and is well fitted straight away. Told they didn’t have the waistcoat I wanted and paid for on the website so gave me alternative, great start. All clothes required tailoring which is a hassle. I was refunded this. Save yourself £50 on the express shipping as it will show late. This was refunded also after showing it arrived late. DO NOT BUY THIER TROUSERS especially at £100, you can get the same ones cheaper literally anywhere for a fraction of the price. Wasn’t allowed to return the trousers which hadn’t been tailored so really disappointing excuse from them. Honestly go to a shop and buy a proper suit and save yourself the headache this company nearly ruined a very special occasion for me if it wasn’t for me chasing them up and doing their job. All materials were sourced from China as well so not the best materials. Pink jacket was nice and waistcoat ended up fine after tailoring. Trousers were a complete ripoff so I’d avoid these if you still want to buy from them. Won’t be using them again. Best to avoid online all together for such a big investment.

I've used the The Drop twice now, and both times I've been really satisfied with the results! they've come a long way since my first order in early 2018, good to see they continue to improve and innovate. For this price point you can't find a better alternative!

Great value for money, fitted perfectly and I intend to use again.

I was very hesitant to order suits from here at first as I've never ordered suits online before but I thought I would give it go. My big concern was that I would get the measurements wrong and that I would have to go through a long process of then getting the suits modified, I couldn't of been more wrong. After speaking with Jeremy and watching the videos on the website I got the reassurance that I needed and ordered the suits. I didn't get the express shipping as I don't need them until later in the year but ordered now to be on the safe side as I hadn't used this company before. I got a phone call 3 weeks later, Jonathan was very apologetic that my suits would be delivered later than expected and he gave me a good explanation as to why (needed more material) and gave me an ETA.
My suits arrived on Saturday, the fit could not be more perfect, they look great. Yes they were later than expected but the result was definitely worth waiting that little bit longer.

After buying a couple of suits from The Drop, I bought a pair of their new chinos. Great fit, really good price point and timely delivery. Would definitely recommend

Was doubtful the fit would be good, but honestly I’ve never looked better! High quality too - and delivered so fast!

Great company, really liked the outcome of the suit. It came back surprisingly accurate in terms of fit and shape. Only had to make a small alteration to the waist which is to be expected. Very happy with the product and would likely buy more in the future

Great service from the whole team at The Drop. I was a bit hesitant to use them at first being online only, but I spoke to Prince and Jeremy extensively before ordering to discuss everything from the design to the cloth. They were extremely helpful and very accessible. Once the order was placed, they finalised all the design and colour choices before making the suit. I received the suit exactly when expected, however the design of the waistcoat was different to the one I had selected. After sending an email, Jonathan was fantastic in getting the team to get the correct waistcoat out to me in 2 weeks and with plenty of time to spare for my brothers wedding. Wonderful client experience and service, and highly recommend to anyone looking to use them. The suit is brilliant too, one of the best fitting blazers I have and probably the most comfortable trousers.

Ordered 5 suits for my wedding, very happy with the suits.
Some changes were made after as i wanted it perfect for the bid day. These changed were then refunded by the drop to cover the cost.
