The order was straight forward , although I was charged extra for some reason, but this was rectified quickly, the customer service was quick to respond to my queries on tracking, but I feel the bra wasn’t worth what I paid , the straps have been sewn together rather roughly are scratchy and uncomfortable , if I can get a bra like this from m&s for a couple of pounds more this is where I’ll shop in the future , I honestly feel there’s false advertising on Facebook media

Dreadful company. Would award no stars if I could. Items are not as they appear on the adverts. I received cheap tat and at best can only get a partial refund unless I want to pay ridiculous postage to return to China, so essentially they are getting money for nothing as items are not fit for purpose. AVOID THIS LOT.

This company is a scam they send absolute rubbish items and then refuse to except returns and offer £8 compensation on a £45 order that cannot be used even though there website ensures they offer a 14 day full refund absolutely disgusting do not use you will loose money I know of up to 30 different complaints now please stay away from this company

They where exactly how they’ve been described, they fit lovely, I’ve struggled to get bras to fit nicely cause I’ve got radio therapy scars which rub but these are great thank you

Incorrect items sent and customer service refused to exchange or refund but offered £3.00 as a goodwill gesture and I keep the item which is no use as incorrect size. Now not replying to messages

Delivery was relatively quick. Only 3 stars as I ordered what I thought was two different bras on separate occasions and receive exactly the same one twice.

It was good and the purchase was good just the time and the tracking was not very good said it was just leaving there airport on a certain day and arrived that day, but all in all ok

Nice shades.Much bigger than they looked on advertisement. Very lightweight and plasticy. However they definitely do what the say. Fitted perfectly over my normal everyday glasses. A handy pair to have as a back up in the car. The communication on order confirmation, despatch and delivery was non existent. Had to reach out for information.

Product great, delivery haphazard.
10+ del notifications every one missing the times. I was spending far too much time texting the delivery company who did update the drivers but requests were not actioned. Last delivery ok and delivery guy great, explaining he had jumped a couple of routes to get it to me before I left.

Waited a long time for the bra , because it had to go through customs in two countries, but I was always given updates. It is very comfortable and gives a nice smooth uplifting shape when I am dressed, but is weird and ugly to look at without clothes! The cups although they fit, are not smooth , the padding/lining is kind of puckered, I can’t seem to stretch and smooth it out. It doesn’t affect how the garment looks with clothes, but I still don’t think it’s right hence only three stars. I’m going to wear it, but probably not in front of my husband !! But wouldn’t buy another one because of this and I would search for something in the UK next time so it’s easier to return. Overall, I would recommend it to women bigger cup sizes on comfort alone

Bought glasses from them but they were not fit for purpose they should have been multi focus but only blurred vision I paid £11.98 I emailed them and they said they could only pay compensation of £5 so making £6.98 profit it’s a scam

Arrived within about a week, very comfortable and no issues with sizing.

The glasses are much bigger than they appear on the model in the advert so I am unable to wear them as they look ridiculous. I'm debating whether to return them for a refund.

One of the jelly bra’s had a dimpled/puckered effect in the cup, right in the middle (where your nipple would be) which didn’t look good under my clothing. I also think it’s a bit too big. I’m 38DD & ordered the 2XL because I usually find bra’s ordered online run a bit small. It was comfortable, though I don’t think I’ll be wearing them. Shame!

I bought the product hoping for a better quality but disappointed it seemed the same as other less expensive ones

Although I haven't had chance to wear my sunglasses yet. They came promptly and seem to be good. Came well Packaged no way they could break in there, which was a good job because the delivery person left them hanging in the letterbox .

A good ,comfortable bra .
The only problem I have is .. it is so soft that it rolls slightly at the front.
