Elliot was incredibly friendly on the phone and really really helpful when I ordered a sign last minute. I needed a personalised sign as a gift by the weekend as was worried that it wouldn’t come on time. Elliot assured me that he would get it made that day and it would be with me the next day which it was. Fantastic product, great quality! I am over the moon, will definitely shop here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Recently ordered a gold business sign and can’t believe how friendly Elliot was and how reasonable the price was. I sent the design to Elliot and it was delivered in 4/5 days. I did see some of the negative reviews on here so was sceptical at first but honestly couldn’t have had a better experience.

I messaged Crafty Bonobo for very last minute place names for my wedding they were more than accommodating and obliging, they answered messages promptly and put my mind at ease. Both people were able to answer any questions I asked and offered very detailed reassuring responses would definitely use again

Never received my order which was promised by valentines day. Its now March 22nd.. no sign & no response from my emails.

I emailed during the week to be informed that they are running a day behind but it will still be with me. Two further emails have been ignored

It’s now late Friday night and the item has still not been shipped and therefore ruined my children’s intended gift for their mum

ordered a cheese board a( gift) paid for express delivery £9.99that was 19th February ,sent email on 23rd no reply sent another email on 24th .today they sent email to say theyve refunded me my money no explanation why .will let my friends know not to rely on this company

I bought a personalised name light for my partner for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! Really well made and no sharp edges and great quality. The customer service is also amazing, we had an issue with it being delivered broken due to Royal Mail and they sent a free replacement in more secure wrapping within 2 days and I had it in time for Xmas. Couldn’t fault them and will be returning!

Ordered for the first time. Excellent service and item received quickly. We ordered a house number sign, which has now been placed on our outside wall. Very pleased with the sign and we are hoping it will stop delivery drivers taking our orders to wrong house which happens all the time.
