Excellent communication from cheese geek and DPD. Quick delivery, very well packaged, arrived in excellent condition. Bit naggy for reviews so ok I’ll do one. Purchased a random cheese selection of cheese that was v. close to date which was half price. Totally underwhelmed by the cheeses in the box. Bland, tasteless would be my summary. Apparently cheese geek didn’t send the right quantity so more emails and then another delivery so in the end I received about 1kg of bland cheese for the £20. Duplicates of bland cheese included. Regrettably, threw it out after trying it.
Better off going to Waitrose cheese counter. Doubt I’ll use it again and certainly not at the usual prices. Try cheesegeek and see what you think.

Brilliant company
Easy to contact and quick to reply to any issues, I had a problem with the delivery company and Cheesegeek followed up with the company twice, sending out another cheese box when the first delivery took too long.

I’m very sorry for the confusion around the delivery timing. All orders placed on our site are scheduled for delivery using our date picker at checkout, and on this occasion we can see that 9th April was selected. This is why there was a gap between ordering on 1st April and delivery.
Our boxes are only ever in transit for under 48 hours to ensure everything arrives in the best possible condition.
That said, I’m really sorry that your delivery arrived a day later than expected - we completely understand the impact that can have, especially when it's for a special gift.
