Thecardboardcutoutcompany Recensioni

I ordered a cutout of my mum and dad for a family dinner. It was for my dad's 85th birthday. Unfortunately he was not well enough to fly over from Ireland and attend with my mum, but wanted the family to go ahead and have the dinner in their absence. I thought this would be a fun way to at least have a hint of their presence at the table and it went down a storm. My order was ready within 4 days and upon receipt, I couldn't have been happier with it. Nathan was very helpful too. It certainly went down well with the rest of the family on the day and was a great conversation piece with the staff in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this company and they would be my go to if I need something similar in the future. Absolutely loved it!

Would definitely recommend the cardboard cutout company! Nathan was really helpful, and communicated conscientiously which images would produce the best final results. The cutouts arrived clear and sturdy. I'm sure the party guests will enjoy the cutouts as much as my family do. Thank you again!

Would absolutely use this company again, what I uploaded was exactly what was received and great customer service and communication on the order. 100% recommend this company.

I found The Cardboard Cut Out Company on a random Google search and I could not be happier with the product and the service. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the cut out was right and the cut out got to me in plenty of time for a birthday celebration. Excellent!

They went above and beyond to help me out with a cardboad cut out of my late mum who requested a rather bonkers celebration of life party. They couldn't have been more helpful and helped restore a poor photo to make it happen. I had several chats and follow up chats to make sure i was happy. What a fab company!

Absolutely 1st class service. Fast service turnaround and the product was fantastic quality.

Highly recommended
Thank you

A special mention to Nathan, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Excellent service from start to finish, my order was delivered in record time, communication was great and the product was of an exceptional standard, just what I wanted, it was also packaged brilliantly, can't fault this company at all.

Brilliant personal customer service from Nathan. My second time ordering with them for a hen do- quality is great!

This is a brilliant company. We phoned Nathan on Thursday evening, placed the order online and received the cut of our Labrador on Saturday morning. It is first class. It was a bonus being able to talk to Nathan and feel confident that our order would be handled efficiently.

Fantastic service! From my initial query to the final delivery- the service was absolutely faultless! After sending an initial email, Nathan responded immediately by asking if I wanted to give him a call to check the final measurements. I ordered a 5ft cut out and the quality is fantastic. Will definitely be using them again. Fantastic!

I’ve used The Cardboard Cutout Company a few times now, and every single experience has been fantastic. The quality of the cutouts is consistently excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. What truly makes the difference, though, is the outstanding customer service.

A huge thank you to Nathan, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. His communication is clear, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which makes the whole process stress-free from start to finish.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both top-quality products and such great service, but The Cardboard Cutout Company absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’ll definitely continue using them in the future. Thank you again, Nathan!

Very delighted with the service from Nathan and the Cardboard Cutout Company. Took a couple of goes for me to get the right image and Nathan was very helpful - and patient. Very well packaged and arrived fast with tracking. Great company and I would definitely use them again.

Nathan super helpful, knowledgeable , great communication and a great product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn’t be happier than with the service provided here. I ordered a cardboard cutout for a christmas present and I ordered too late to get it before Christmas, which was totally my fault as it was clearly stated on the website. I rang the customer service number and spoke to the lovely man in charge who first of all offered a refund (even though it was my fault), but when I asked if I could come pick it up because it was too late for him to send it, he went in 2 days before Christmas to make the cutout for me so I could pick it up before Christmas. The cutout is perfect and just what I wanted it to be, but the service here was unbelievable and it saved me for Christmas!!!!! Thank you so much and would massively recommend ordering from here.

I’m very pleased with my recent order. As an event stylist, I often require unique products, and thecardboardcutoutcompany delivered exactly what I needed. The order arrived on time and the quality was outstanding.

Excellent quality product, delivered exactly what was asked for in a timely manner, and the customer service was also excellent, had a small concern over delivery but they had it sorted immediately!
