Thank you to the team at mycutouts and supersizeprint for ensuring the life sized cut out was delivered in time for my brothers funeral. I asked for several amendments, which placed the order on hold until I confirmed my options. I made contact via phone and spoke with a lovely lady from supersizeprint who ensured me my order would be dispatched later that day. My order arrived the next day and in perfect condition. Family and friends really enjoyed having one last photo with my brother, thank you so much for making this happen.

Rude and angry customer services and terrible waulity order - hilariously awful. Eventually she put the phone down on me.

Do not use this shithouse company. Ordered a cut out and came back blurry, all we did is reach out and they blocked us. HORRENDOUS customer service. I would advise to swerve these guys.

If they just got back to us and maybe even gave us a slight discount thats all we would have needed but ti block a reasonable follow up email is terrible.

We ordered a full size cutout for my sons 21st, and left it a little late. It was delivered perfectly on time, and looked fantastic. Image quality is important, but that's down to the picture you supply. Would definatly use these guys again.

Made my first purchase recently if a torso cutout for a missing special wedding guest. The cut out was fantastic but the customer service was also amazing. From ordering to being contacted by the courier and receiving the item. Well done, it was amazing.

I ordered some very big cut outs on Wednesday at about mid-day... absolutely astonished that you have managed to both print and ship them to Cornwall so quickly! They are for a large event for a big company and I will purchasing again in the future.

My order arrived without a stand. I’ve emailed 5/6 times with only 1 response, and now all of my emails are bouncing back. I wasn’t able to use the cutout as it was meant to stand independently. Absolutely dreadful customer service!

My order was left on my door step, half open, soaking wet and ruined.

The print itself has a large black line down the face of the print.

When asked for a refund, a new print was offered, didn’t show up, neither has my refund.

Now ignoring my emails.

I apologise that I’m not writing a review on the product, but more so the website. I had to bail out as it took me through far too many pages. The website also just looks mega shifty, and although seemingly secure, the final payment page didn’t felt like it linked to the website.

I had a pretty rush job on a Monday to get a cut out for a weekend party. Mycutouts said they could get it dispatched with an overnight courier for delivery on the Friday. Their communication was excellent from the start, including taking time to check the supplied image. They got the cutout to the courier, but there was a snag on their side. Mycutouts could have said it was none of their business, but they helped chase up the item with the courier, and it arrived on time. Very pleased!

Extreme Caution! Although the image I provided was photo quality, the image returned on the life-size cut-out was unrecognisable! The company do not warn of this and unless you have a very high resolution image you will be wasting your money. Do not use this company. They also trade under the name of Supersizeprints, so do not be fooled into thinking they are different companies.
Oh boy! - the company's customer service response: "Cutouts are usually viewed from across a room or at least standing back and so very close up quality is not usually an issue, it is the overall effect that matters more, and often a blurred image up close will look fine from a distance away."

Ordered three cut outs for a birthday party, paid for the same day pre noon despatch on the Monday morning and they failed to arrive by the Wednesday evening deadline. DPD simply said they’ll arrive tomorrow, but that’s no good for us. To be fair, mycutouts offered to refund the courier cost but the bigger point is if you have a time sensitive requirement they cannot be trusted to deliver.

We ordered a 6'5" lifesize cutout off a colleague for an event. The cutout was delivered on time and the back strut was easy to apply. The cut out looks fabulous and it is very stable. I would highly recommend this company

Really impressed with our cutout! We wanted our US company owner to join as a 'dinner guest' to our UK work dinner - it was so realistic, they cutout the background chair, great print quality, packaging and super last minute. HUGE thank you. The photos of her with the team at the table came out so well and looked so realistic - great fun. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks Carine
