Julie was the only person after 5 reps to help me. Your system to make phone calls in the time of need is really crappy. You need to have a system to get you to a representative sooner than normal. You have too many people that redirect you in the wrong direction. Julie was the only one that got the job done after a 45 minute phone call.

I was at a total loss, and somewhat frustrated to say the least,but the agent that assisted me was phenomenal. She is a valuable asset to your organization, and I pray that you realize that and really appreciate her efforts

I received excellent customer service when it was brought to my attention that my April payment had not gone through. She took my payment over the phone and waIved the late fee.

I wish it had a higher credit limit but it comes in handy. The increments in credit limit are very gradual and small.
